Why this site exists
shohei.cards is built around one player and every card he appears on. The questions that bring people here are always the same — which card is the real rookie, which parallel is worth chasing, whether a graded copy is worth the premium over a raw one — and they are surprisingly hard to answer in one place. This site answers them properly and keeps the answers current, because the market moves and a number typed into an article is stale the next week.
The perspective is a working collector's, not a press office's. Sorting, grading, buying and selling real cardboard is how you learn which products people actually rip, which parallels are genuinely hard to pull, and which "hits" are not worth the postage. What the byline stands behind is checkable: every price on this site is a live marketplace number, and every set fact is sourced rather than guessed.

You will not find a "book value", a price estimate, or a projected return typed into an article here. Card values move weekly, and a number written once is stale by the next weekend. Where the market matters, the page shows live marketplace listings with real current bids instead.

Every product listed is re-checked against its live retailer listing every morning. Sold out gets labelled sold out rather than quietly left up, and dead listings are swapped or dropped automatically.
